Professionals Meeting with Dawn Smith

Dear Parents/Carers,
I hope you have all been surviving the hot weather!
I would like to remind you that there will be a Professionals Parent/Carers group meeting on:
Monday 7th July
2-3pm
This will take place at The Learning Centre to provide more information about Carers Assessments. I am really pleased to say that Dawn Smith (the Carers Link Officer for Oldham) will be coming to talk to the group.
Dawn has a great deal of relevant experience within Social Care. Dawn will introduce herself and her role as well as introducing what the Carers Assessment is and how supportive it can be for carers.
Shamin Akhtar our bilingual family liaison officer, will also be attending the meeting on Monday to help with any translating that may be required. All parents and carers are welcome.
So just to clarify, there will be the following meetings and drop ins:
- Monday 7th July at 2-3pm - Professionals meeting with Dawn Smith to talk about Carers Assessments
