Horticulture
The Horticultural Centre provides an opportunity for students to engage in a range of activities, which include growing fruit, flowers and vegetables and the maintenance of the school grounds including its lawns and shrub beds. Two large polytunnels allow for the sowing of seeds, taking cuttings and growth of a number of semi-hot house fruit and vegetables i.e. tomatoes, pepper, chillis etc which are watered through an automatic system.
