Catering & Hospitality
The Catering and Hospitality department provides a range of services including a fully functional café which serves snacks throughout the day, meals at lunchtime and a buffet service for the local community. Students participate in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food. All students are engaged in stock control, health and safety issues, maintenance of equipment, laying up of tables and serving members of the public.
